By ordering a commission from me, you are hereby to agree to the following terms and conditions:1. GENERAL
⬩➤The product you receive will be a digital artwork
⬩➤You will receive two versions, one with a watermark and one without. The one without is for your private use, if you want to post the commission online, please use the one WITH the watermark.
⬩➤Prices are subject to change depending on level of complexity, up to 60% of total price.
⬩➤I have the rights to refuse any request that I do not feel morally comfortable with.2. PAYMENT
⬩➤Commission under 150€ will be paid 100% within 5 days after the concept sketch is approved. For anything above, you can request to pay 50% up front and the other 50% after confirming your order is completed.
⬩➤If not paid, the slot shall be automatically relinquished to a different client (Unless the commissioner contacts and discusses an exception with the artist).3. PROCESS & DELIVERY
⬩➤Duration may take 5 days and up to 3 months depending on the scale of the project and complexity.
⬩➤I will notify you when I have started your order.
⬩➤You will receive the sketch first, for which you can ask for minor changes.
⬩➤You can follow updates on the Commission queue.
⬩➤If anything happens during the process that potentially affects the initially estimated delivery time, you will be notified asap
⬩➤You will receive the digital product in full resolution as per requested.4. REVISION
⬩➤Initial sketches will be sent within 2 weeks.
⬩➤You may modify your references up to 5 times for the initial sketch.
⬩➤You may have 1 chance to make minor modifications (within reason) after their commission has started. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.
⬩➤Once the final artwork has been turned in, any revisions requested (such as, but not limited to, forgotten details, incorrect depictions or colour adjustments) that are not due to the faults on the part of the artist, an additional fee shall be charged.
⬩➤Commissioner will receive 3 quick updates after the commission starts on your communication platforms of choice at each phase (clean lineart, test crosshatched version and finished crosshatched version). For detailed updates, please follow the Commission queue.*No revision for Surprise me commission.5. COPYRIGHTS/USAGE POLICY
⬩➤Artist shall retain full rights for the artworks created and to post the copyrighted artworks online as samples for future clients, record the process, include them in portfolio and archive unless Exclusivity/NDA fees are confirmedCommissioner is allowed to:
⬩➤Use the commissioned piece for personal use, unless mutual agreement has been made. (You can upload it on all of your social media accounts, forums, etc. with a watermark)
⬩➤Print the artwork for your own use and claim the character(s) as yours, but not the artwork itself.
⬩➤Use the artwork in casual and monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:
⬩➤Reproducing/Altering or Reselling the commissioned artworks commercially without the Artist's consent or mutual agreement.
⬩➤Claiming the artwork as your own work.
⬩➤Removing the Artist’s signature from the artwork6. REFUNDS
A refund is not allowed once the payment has been processed.However, a 100% refund will be issued when:
⬩➤The Artist wishes to cancel the commissions under moral principles.
⬩➤The Artist fails to meet the guaranteed deadlines.
⬩➤Client cancels the Commission before the Artist starts the project.7. AI/NFT
⬩➤Commissioner is NOT allowed to use the commissioned art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs. cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space
⬩➤Using the finished artwork for NFTs or AI/machine learning purposes is strictly prohibited.COMMUNICATION
